Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By creating an account or using LittleDoses (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LittleDoses is an educational and organizational tool. It helps you estimate over-the-counter doses by weight and age, keep a log of what was given and when, and set reminders. It does not practice medicine, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
Always follow the instructions on the medicine label and the directions of your prescriber and pharmacist. They override anything shown in the App. When in doubt, contact your pediatrician or pharmacist before giving a dose.
In an emergency, call 911. For a suspected overdose or poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
The App's calculations depend entirely on the information you enter — your child's weight, date of birth, the product, and its concentration. Inaccurate input produces an inaccurate result. Keep your child’s weight current and confirm the product strength against the bottle.
You are responsible for verifying every dose before administering it: check the medicine name, the strength printed on the bottle, and the amount, using the syringe or cup that came with the medicine.
You are responsible for supervising the actual administration of any medication.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent, legal guardian, or an authorized caregiver of any child whose information you enter. By using the App you confirm you have the authority to manage that child’s medication information.
The App is for personal, non-commercial use in caring for your own household. Do not rely on the App as your sole source of dosing information, and do not use it to provide medical advice to others.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittleDoses and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decision made or action taken in reliance on it. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When the changes are material, we will update the effective date and ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
