This Privacy Policy explains what information LittleDoses collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The App is designed to be used by an adult parent or caregiver to manage a child's medications.
Child profiles: the name or nickname you choose, date of birth, weight, and any allergies you record.
Medication and health entries: the doses, medications, symptoms, and notes you log, including scheduled courses and reminders.
Account and caregiver information: your name, the email you sign in with, your relationship to the child, and the household you create or join so caregivers can share a log.
Reminder delivery: if you enable reminders, we store a device notification token so we can send dose reminders to your device.
Medication-label photos: if you use the "Scan a label" feature, the photo you take is sent to Google’s Gemini service to read the text on the label (for example, the medication name and strength). We use the result to pre-fill the entry; review it against the bottle.
We use your information only to provide the App: to calculate doses, keep your history, send the reminders you ask for, and sync that information across the devices of caregivers in your household. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase and Google Cloud (database, authentication, and push notifications). It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by security rules so that only signed-in members of your household can read your household’s data.
Google Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, database, sign-in, and push notifications.
Google Gemini — used only when you scan a medication label, to read the text in that photo.
These providers process data on our behalf to run the App. We do not sell your data to anyone.
When you invite a caregiver to your household, the caregivers you add can see that household's child profiles, logs, and reminders, and can add or edit entries. Only people you invite and approve can join.
LittleDoses is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers) to manage a child’s medications. The App is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children. The information about a child in the App is provided and controlled by you.
You can view, edit, or delete a child’s profile and log entries at any time in the App. We keep your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting contact@klaricare.co; when you delete a child or your account, the associated data is removed.
We protect your data with measures including access-control security rules and email verification. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy. When the changes are material, we will update the effective date and ask you to review and accept the update before continuing to use the App.
